Product Types: Girlly.co offers a curated selection of beauty and skincare products, including original brands and high-quality inspired alternatives (dupes).
Descriptions: We aim to provide clear descriptions for every item. It is the customer's responsibility to read the product description to understand if they are purchasing an original brand or an inspired alternative.
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product.
2. Personal Responsibility & Safety
Patch Test Recommended: As with all beauty products, results vary by individual skin type. Girlly.co is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application.
Ingredient Awareness: Please review the ingredient list of each product before use.
3. Order Verification & Shipping
Confirmation: For all orders, especially Cash on Delivery (COD), our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Call for verification. Orders that remain unverified for 48 hours will be automatically cancelled.
Delivery Timeline: We ship across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Delays may occur during high-traffic sales or due to courier logistics.
Shipping Accuracy: Ensure your address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and skincare, our policy is strict:
Eligible Returns: We only accept returns if the product is damaged upon arrival, expired, or if the incorrect item was sent.
Reporting Window: Any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos of the package.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable: Used products or "change of mind" requests after dispatch are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Payment Methods
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Manual Bank Transfers.
For Bank Transfers, your order will be processed only after a payment screenshot is shared with our support team.
6. Limitation of Liability
Girlly.co shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products offered on this website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and images on Girlly.co are the property of the store owners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
